The TotalEnergies hydrogen refuelling station in Arnhem offers a 700 bar dispenser for passenger cars and a 350 bar dispenser for heavy vehicles such as buses and garbage trucks, since the end of 2019. The H2 station is open 24/7 and payments can be made by bank-, Travel- or Multitank (MTC) card.

The station has been realised under the banner of the H2Nodes project, which is rolled out in Estonia, Latvia and the Netherlands and receives a total contribution of €14,503,000 from the Connecting European Facility (CEF).

In addition, the project receives support from the DKTI, a scheme through which the Dutch government supports projects in sustainable transport. The objective of the Dutch government is to have 20 hydrogen refuelling stations operational in the Netherlands by 2020.

The realisation of the station in Arnhem is an important step in the creation of a network of publicly accessible hydrogen filling stations in the Netherlands.
